I’ve been serving the greater Sacramento region for over two decades as a Perinatal Massage Therapist and Full Spectrum Doula, providing Queer-affirming, trauma-informed care. All genders, identities and family structures are welcome and safe here.

As a full-spectrum doula, I’m passionate about reproductive justice and caring for and advocating for my clients, in both an evidence based and heart centered space. My ultimate goal is for you to feel safe, supported and empowered.
